Yes. All online payments are processed securely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. VedHoop never stores your card or bank details.

Are VedHoop products free from synthetic fragrance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every VedHoop dhoop, cone and sambrani cup is made using natural botanicals and resins — no synthetic fragrance oils and no charcoal dust fillers.

Question 5

How long does each product burn for?

Accepted Answer

Dhoop sticks burn for approximately 15–20 minutes, dhoop cones for 10–12 minutes, and sambrani cups for 8–10 minutes once lit.

Is the smoke safe to breathe indoors?

As with any incense, we recommend burning VedHoop products in a well-ventilated room, away from children, pets and flammable materials, and never leaving a lit product unattended.

What is your return policy?

Since our products are consumable, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
